A Moment I’ll Never Forget
In 2023, about a year after I stepped away from my former coaching communities, I started feeling it.
At first, I thought it was just a sales slump. A weird energy dip. A season of recalibration.
But the deeper I looked, the clearer it became.
This wasn’t just a slow season.
This was my subconscious waving a red flag:
“Amy, this isn’t it anymore. And you already know.”
I didn’t want to hear it.
I’d built a whole brand, a whole business, a whole identity on what used to be true.
Admitting something had shifted felt terrifying.
What would that say about me?
What would people think?
Was I ungrateful? Hypocritical? Giving up?
But eventually, I asked the question I ask my clients all the time:
“What if this isn’t working - and that’s okay?”
That was the start of my liberation.
Liberation Isn’t About Burn-It-All-Down Energy
It’s about telling the truth to yourself first.
It’s about spotting where you’ve been holding back, not because you’re weak, but because somewhere along the way, you got taught that your voice was “too much,” your needs were “selfish,” or your desires made you “difficult.”
Before we fix the script, we have to find the one you’re currently living.
That’s what this step is all about.
What Liberation Looks Like Inside the L.E.A.D. Framework
Here’s where we begin inside the coaching container:
Defining Your Outcomes
What do you want, even if you’re scared to say it out loud?
Why does it matter to you - not to your boss, your partner, your audience, or your mom?
We remove the judgment.
We release the rules.
We name what’s real.
Identifying What’s In the Way
This isn’t just mindset fluff. We look at real barriers:

Where are you biting your tongue?

Who are you afraid to disappoint?

What roles are you performing instead of leading?
Calculating the Power You Actually Have
Most women don’t know how much power they actually have in any given room.
So we get curious:

What influence do you already hold?

What’s the cost of staying quiet?

What’s your usable power - what I call political capital?
You don’t have to be the boss to hold authority.
But you do have to recognize the power you’re leaving on the table.
Unpacking the Programming That Got You Here
If your nervous system goes offline the second someone raises their voice, or challenges your ideas, you’re not broken. You’re conditioned.
Maybe you were raised to be a peacekeeper.
Maybe your nervous system was trained to scan for what they need before you even ask what you want.
That’s not a failure. That’s patterning.
And we can shift it.
Liberation Is About Giving Yourself Permission
Before you speak up…
Before you set the boundary…
Before you ask for the raise, or send the email, or hold the hard conversation…
You have to believe you’re allowed to want what you want.
That’s the outcome of this first step:
You name the real issue.
You stop gaslighting yourself.
And you give yourself full permission to lead forward.
