The Most Powerful Version of You Isn’t an Improved Version

It’s the integrated one.

For years, I felt like I was too much of everything, and not enough of the right things.
I'm a woman who can lead a deep philosophical discussion and crack an inappropriate joke with perfect timing.
I can bring big vision and whip-smart strategy to the table, and still be the first one dancing like nobody’s watching at the afterparty.

I care deeply about politics, social justice, and leadership, but was told to keep my “real voice” out of my coaching brand.
I had a tagline, "Brave, Silly, Worthy," that felt true to me.
And I was told to ditch it.

That it wasn’t “marketable.”
That I needed to sound more neutral, more polished.

So I danced with full abandon at the events.
And kept my brilliance in check during the sessions.

I made my points with jokes and movie quotes in side conversations.
But I edited myself when I had the mic.

And on top of that? I had undiagnosed ADHD.
I didn’t even know it was part of me, but I knew I didn’t think like everyone else.
That the systems everyone else swore by never quite fit.
And I kept wondering why I felt like a failure trying to make them work.

Professionalism Told Us to Tuck It All Away

In so many leadership spaces, especially for women, “professional” has meant palatable.
Polished. Unthreatening. Marketable.

Even when we’re told to “bring our full selves,” there’s still an unspoken limit.

You can be real—but not too real.
You can be powerful—but not too much.

We are not any of these things in a vacuum, yet we were told to treat them as liabilities.
ADHD. Menopause. Political voice. Lived trauma. Neurodivergence. Irreverence. Rage. Joy.
Everything that didn’t fit in the brochure version of leadership.

We learned to hide it.

What If Everything You’ve Tucked Away…

…Is Actually the Key?

Let me say this as plainly as I can:
You are not too much.
You’re a full-spectrum human being.
And your leadership is more powerful because of that, not in spite of it.

  • What if being an adult child of an alcoholic (who's hashed that out in therapy!) made me excellent at reading a room, and now I use that to lead with emotional clarity?
  • What if menopause taught me that systems break down sometimes, and that makes me more resilient than any corporate playbook ever could?
  • What if ADHD means I don’t fit into other people’s systems, but I’m lightning-fast at connecting patterns, spotting truth, and pivoting in real time?

The things I was told to hide?
They’re the exact tools I now use to lead.
Not perfectly. Not always smoothly. But powerfully.

Integration Is a Leadership Strategy

This isn’t about self-help.
It’s not about leveling up your self-concept or optimizing your habits.

It’s about coming home to yourself, and leading from there.

You don’t need another productivity system.
You need to trust the intelligence that lives in your body.
You need to know what actually works for you.
And you need to build your leadership from that place.

Because when you integrate the parts you were told to hide, you stop fighting yourself.
You stop second-guessing.
You start showing up clearer, faster, and more fully.

The Goal Isn’t to Improve. It’s to Integrate.

We’ve been taught to keep striving.
Be better than yesterday.
Optimize. Uplevel. Upgrade.

But what if the most powerful move isn’t leveling up…
but opting out?

Opting out of white-knuckle improvement.
Opting out of proving yourself to systems that were never built for you.
Opting into your whole, integrated self.

That’s where the real power lives.
Not in being more “professional.”
But in being more you than you’ve ever allowed.

This Is What I Coach

Not just mindset. Not just productivity.
But powerful integration. Real leadership. Aligned action.

I am a synthesizer.
I bring together politics, health, nervous system work, adult-child-of-alcoholic dynamics, post-capitalist business models, and feminist leadership into something new.

I help you stop spiraling and start speaking with clarity.
I help you make the call, hold the boundary, lead the conversation.

Not by fixing yourself.
But by reclaiming the parts of you that were never broken in the first place.

Ready to Lead From the Whole You?

If you’re tired of walking out of rooms, wishing you’d said the thing that was burning in your chest.
If you’re done trying to squeeze yourself into leadership templates that drain you.
If you’re craving clarity, boldness, and more you in every room you walk into.

Let’s do that together.

Let’s Talk:

  • What’s something you’ve been told to leave out of your leadership story, but you know is part of your power?
  • What would change if you stopped editing yourself to fit someone else’s definition of “professional”?
  • Where are you ready to stop improving, and start integrating?

You’re not alone. Let’s open it up.
